I hope you're well! I came across this E-course starting next week and there is still some space left to register. Liberatory Research is a virtual home for activists, researchers, evaluators, and community stakeholders who are committed to a liberatory future for research. The E-course will teach participants how to examine their own biases, learn how to decolonize their methods, and approach their research and evaluation practices from a liberatory point of view.

Based on the description, I'm confident it would be an excellent out-of-office learning opportunity, and I’d come back not only as a better researcher/evaluator/consultant but an overall stronger leader.

Please let me know if there’s a budget available for me to attend. If we can’t cover the entire thing, but I can be reimbursed for part of it, that might work. I completely understand if we don’t have the resources for this at this time; will you please let me know if anything changes?
